Install for my YJ Wrangler Advice?

Hey guys I am considering putting a system into my Jeep Wrangler 95.

I am looking for a budget build and haven't been up to date since i built my last system as to what is good and whats not.

All that I know is I want a downfiring box.

Listen to a WIDE variety of music. Fast metal/rap/etc.

I want to take a board and lay it across the wheel wells having the enclosure attached that downfiring into the tub.

I already have a deck, it was there when I bought the jeep....an older pioneer.

I have 6x9 speaker pods i could do something with possibly? They are plastic wedges. maybe throw in some poly fill?

As for sub, i was thinking l5?

Seriously, open to all non stream brands that will get the job done.

Suggestions on amps/subs and maybe what i should do for the 6x9 wedges

I am going to put 5.25 rockford power coax speakers i have laying around in the dash.

I am on a pretty tight budget.

I also have no rear seat so I am thinking maybe 1 12?

The sound system in the wrangler just is terrible and I want something decent for the winter when I am running the hard top.

I don't have much..like i said.

I could use the pods, would need new 6x9's

so basically BUDGET 6x9's for wedges, 4 channel amp, and sub w/amp.
