Help me pick out an amp for my components

I have 2 pairs of mb quart psc 216. I'm using an old rockford fosgate punch 400. Need something with more power and clairty.
Give me some suggestions. I'm thinking about getting the alpine
MRV-F407 is that a good choice.

Honestly I would not get much more power for those speakers. If you have a clarity problem it probably has to do with the mounting angle or some other aspect. MB quarts are highly rated, but have never been high power speakers. And the current speakers only have a one inch voice coil.

I really like my MTX Bluethunder

It's kinda old, but its a really good amp. I originally had a 50X4 USAcoustics amp, but decided to change (I had the MTX sealed in the box for almost 2 years). It sounds great with my Infinity Kappa rears and Fosgate Fanatic X's in the front. I think this is the best sounding setup without a sub I've heard. I'm not much of an audiophile, but I'm really impressed with what I have.

The nice feature I like about the bluethunder amp is it has selectable high and low crossovers for both front and rear while offering a bass boost for the front and rear also. I'm using both the high pass filters cut off at 90Hz or so with the bass boost turned up a tad.
