Trying to understand this crossover jargon

I need to be able to control the line level fronts vs the speaker level rear cross over frequencies separately. i want the line level fronts to be pure RCA signal to my amplifier and i want to power my rears with my HU and apply a high pass to the speakers. does the description below (From the Eclipse 3200) work for that?

Crossover: The crossover allows you to independently apply a low pass filter to the non-fading (subwoofer) outputs at 80 Hz and a high pass filter to the front and rear outputs (line-level and speaker-level) at 100 Hz. The slope of both is 12 dB/octave.

You can't do that with that deck. Either all will be crossed over or none.

I know a pioneer 8600 mp, 860 mp, 800prs, 880prs can do it, but those are a bit expensive. And they don't have usb and are not that great with peripherals.
