Vibration in the trunk

Vibration in the trunk

When my subs hit hard something vibrates in the trunk. Anything I could do for this BESIDES dynomat and things of that sort. Also one of my rear sidemarkers rattle too lol.

did you just put the system in? and if not did it always rattle since you had the system or did it just start

You could find whatever is rattling and fix it, or turn the volume up.

Look dude(OP); the only way to really fix your rattling problem is to find out what is making noise, and either stop if from moving, remove it, or at least stop it from hitting whatever else its slamming up against to make the noise. There really is no other way...

^^ that is exactly right.. when you hook up subs to your car even if it doesnt rattle at first it will make things loosen after time from heavy vibration.

Deadening, end of story.

Doesn't have to be Dynamat, there are other products that are much higher quality, which are also much more cost effective.

Gutter repair tape from like Home Depot works. I've done the interiors on my last 3 4th gens with it and it works pretty good. Its only around $15 for a 25' roll. I was able to do all 4 doors as well as my trunk and trunk lid with 4 rolls. I also picked upsome carpet padding and lined the entire trunk and lid with it. It all made a huge difference. And since its not visible I dont mind being cheap.
