How to hookup ipod to 04 Max?

Anyone know what I would have to buy in order to link up an ipod to my stock Bose stereo in an 04 Maxima? Thanks, I know that Nissan sold something for the 06s and up, but did not know about the 04s.

one of these badboys will do. you just plug it in your Ipod, pick a FM that isnt being used and noone will likely be on, turn it and your Ipod on, set your HU to the FM channel you chose, and voila

if your stock HU has a tape player (i have a 92 so i dont know if 04's have CD and tape or not), you can get something for a buck and its a tape with a cord coming out of it. put in the tape, plug the cord into your Ipod, and voila. i did that with my stock HU since all it had was a tape player. ive now got a JVC HU with jack and USB input so i dont have to deal with the other ways

just out of wondering, why not just get a new HU? if you dont want anything fancy a cheap pioneer HU is like $89.99 with a jack input for ipods

Don't forget about the $40 dash kit, wire harness, antenna adapter, and installation. You just doubled that $89 price quote in parts alone.

Does your '04 have a SAT button? If it does, PAC makes a hard wire adapter that utilizes the SAT button as an input.

I dont want to change the stock headunit due to the way it is setup along with the climate control, etc. Since I do have a SAT button, where can I get that hardwire kit to hookup to my ipod? Please let me know, I would go that route.

Model # is PAC-AA1-NIS or something like that. A-spec also makes one I'm pretty sure. Start price shopping
