watts ohms ????
if i wire a speaker thats 8ohms parrallell with a tweeter thats 4ohm i get a 2.66 ohm ,right,correct me if im wrong.
now if my amp puts out 100 watts @2ohm , how many watts go to the speaker and tweeter

Yes and No
If this was a strictly resistive circuit yeah an 8 ohm and 4 ohm in parallel would be 2.66 ohms BUT this is a reactive circuit meaning AC
and different frequencies.
No one in their right mind would wire a 8ohm speaker with a 4 ohm tweeter without a crossover, even if it was only a 6db cap. where your amp would see more of the 8 ohms below the xover freq and 4 ohms above.

Watts = I (current)^2 x R (resistance) or
Watts = I (current) x E (Voltage)
and different frequencies.

I'll second that. Don't worry about ohms law untill you have something that can be hooked up. Tweeters are generally more efficient than mids and woofers so usually have a resistor somewhere to balance the output of the larger driver. As it is your tweeter will blow about the same time you get the volume **** to the point where you can just hear the woofer.
