blown fuse?

So I am messing around with the radio, redoin wiring, relocating the info screen and so on. I did not disconnect the battery(I know). Long story short. My ground touches my power. I get a spark. At the time I thought nothing of it. After doing all the work and putting it back together I am getting no power to the HU. I check the fuses under the hood by the windshield fluid, but nothing there is labeled for audio. I checked the fuses under the. Dash on the drivers side by the hood release, no blown fuses there.
Is there another set of fuses some where?
Shod I be looking for something else?

I didn't short anything out (as far as I know), but I am having a similar problem on my 2004 SL. Can't turn the radio on. Everything else in the display is working, just no radio. Have replaced all my fuses just to be safe. If you figure something out, I'd be interested ...
