Hey guys, I been doing a bunch of research and havnt had any luck so Im putting this question out in hopes that somebody can help me.

I just had an aftermarket (JVC) Deck installed because my bose 6changer crapped out.

Now I understand that the steering wheel controls wont work on this deck, but now my controls for the trip meter computer thing dont work either... (im talking about under the tachometer with temp/gas mileage/driving time...)

I had it installed by professionals and they said its because the system depends on the bose HU to function properly.

Anybody know how to bypass the HU so that the controls for this system?
