New System questions

Im redoing the sound system in my 1997 Infiniti I30. I have subwoofers and an amp and im about to buy the speakers for the front doors and the rear deck. Im not sure what kind of speakers to buy because i dont want the bass to be too overpowering with the subwoofers. Is there a certain kind of speaker that will sound good with my new woofers?

a properly set crossover will limit the amount of low frequencies the front speakers will play. what's your budget? shoot Pearl96max a private message, and i'm sure he can help you out.

1) remove shifter trim.
2) remove ashtray.
3) remove vents with clock. using a proper pry tool. You don't wanna mess up your dash.
4) remove ac unit.
5) remove blose.
6) good luck with those screws that hold the bose into the bracket. I suggest you try tightening them first. just a little bit. then loosen them. I had to spray some liquid wrench on mine to get them out. Believe it or not.

What's your budget for speakers btw?

buy a wiring harness adapter so you dont need to do any wire cutting.
I think this this is what I have and it works easy:

I wouldnt worry about overwhelming bass, if anything you will get cancellation and it won't really impact you.
