amp still gets power with no fuse

i opened my trunk and my amp was on but there is no fuse in the fuse holder near the battery and also the ground wire wasnt screwed down, now how is my amp still getting power?

If you have a capacitor then thats your short term power source and if its screwed down to metal then there is your ground. Or it could be getting its ground through the RCA cords going to your receiver.
