Eclipse Experts Step Inside
Eclipse Experts Step Inside
Ok, so last night apparently I forgot to turn off my headlights? So today I go to start my car & walla no power. So I charge my battery start the car & SH_T my damn radio is in security mode...
This actually happened to me once before when I installed a new battery & for some reason my cd player wouldn't reconize my KEY CD "Bob Marley" so I had to contact Eclipse & they gave me my code to get the radio working again.
I wrote it down in my owners manual the last time it occured. So I grab my manualm go out the car, follow the procedure by entering the code but for some reason I didn't write down which button Eclipse considers the OK button to input the code???
Heres what I'm doing.
1st) Turn Ignition to on position.
2nd) Press button #6 hold & then press the function button & hold.
3rd) SEC appears on the screen
4th) Press Disc button to get to dashes to enter code
5th) Enter code B9504 & then Eclipse says to press enter but there is no enter button.
I really dont want to buy a new radio just becasue of this nonsense. I like the 8v preouts & the cd player works perfectly. IMHO the best cd player I've ever ownered.
I really need some help here guy's any info you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks....
