Custom Fiberglass Sub Box near Chicago ??

Was wondering if anyone does or knows who does custom subwoofer boxes near Chicago or the burbs?

Honestly making your own box is probably the best thing you could do. You would be able to save a lot of money and make it look like you want. You will also have bragging rights as well as a sense of accomplishment knowing you did it. There are a ton of videos and writeups on how to do it and where to get the materials you need. This is one thing I am looking to do once I get my engine and trans where I want it. If you are worried about cutting the pieces you need, don't be. You can go to pretty much any custom stereo shop and have them cut what you want. The best thing to do is buy a box for your subs, whether it be one sub per box or two subs per box. Then use the cloth and wood pieces to connect the boxes together how you want. Cloth is the best thing to use when making your mold. Hard to explain the process without pics and/or video.
