99 underseat changer acting up

99 underseat changer acting up
1999 with the bose factory 6 cd underseat changer. indash cd and radio work fine.
underseat sometimes tries to load each disc for a few seconds then gets to disc 6, then says "no disc"
Can this be fixed or do i buy a new under seat changer- where would i get a new underseat changer?

the model
the model number of mine is LE 709
does anyone know if I unbolt it from under the seat then unplug it will that damage the main head unit?
I assume the no disc is coming from the 6 cd changer not the head unit?
