Wanted - Dead Bose head unit

I'm looking for a non-working 2K or 2K1 Bose CD/Cassette combo stereo. I want one relatively cheap. I'm looking at making a fake faceplate out of it to cover up an aftermarket stereo.

Hey, nice photos. Yeah, I guess I do want to copy you! I did this in my Explorer and it worked great. I just pulled all the guts out of the stereo and glued all the controls and ***** back on from the inside and it looked great. I assume you did something similar??

Yeah the idea isn't original anymore it's been dun quite alot and works great with the max. Yeah it's pretty similar probley a little more extreame for comp but maybe not. Make sure your acual head unit fits back in once it's recessed.
