Another Bose question

Bought a used Sub from another org member. Replaced mine and it didn't work. How can I test the Bose to see if it is working properly and also how to. I have no clue on what to do, electronics is not my strong..

You can Buy a Cheap Amp & Keep the Factory Sub.
It is Simple to Wire.....

I Replaced the Amp and Sub....
Still using the Factory Wires w/ No Problems.

If you want to check the sub you can use a 9 volt battery. Disconnect the sub from the amp and tap the speaker leads of the sub to the battery. If it doesnt pop, the sub is bad.

the sub is not the problem, its the relay in the amp. Im sending mine to the guys at Factory Car Stereo Repair, the web site is carstereohelp.com . They deal with this problem all the time and assured me its the amp. They're charging me $85 + shipping. Im shipping out today, Ill keep you posted on results.
