Kicker vs. RF

I'm gonna be ordering my subs and amp anyday now, once I can make a decision. My two options right now are 2 RF HE 12s or 2 Kicker Comp VR 12s. Which would be better sounding or are they about the same. Are there any subs in this price range that would be better? I know that the Kickers are DVC. Also, what amps would I need to power these? I was told that a RF 250.2 would do the job, but what about a Kicker amp?

Also, I can get an Infinity Beta Digital 100 off ebay for 159 i think. That's 20 bucks less than the 250.2. It's like 100x2 at 4 ohms,200x2 at 2 ohms, and 400x1. The only problem is that its factory refurbished, but includes the factory warranty. Would this amp be suitable for the above subs? Like too little power, too much, or just right?
