I got a ****load of dynamat...I put some on my trunk lid and behind my license plate, and that alone helped a lot! The majority if the rattling is gone!

But where else in the car should I put it? Rear deck? Doors? Where are the beneficial places to put this stuff?

When I put sound deadener in my old GTP, I removed the seats, carpet, door panels, trunk carpet, and trunk panels, covered every surface, and reassembled. I though I had pics somewhere, but now I can't find them.

So far I've applied this stuff to the trunk lid and license plate. The bass sounds cleaner now, and I plan to the the rear deck/seat belt things next sometime soon.

Is there anywhere else that is a good place to put it? Like the headliner or carpet!?

Sound deadening keeps the sound INSIDE your car, and outside sounds out of your car. At the same time reduces rattles. You should be trying to cover things like your door/floors/trunk floor,walls...etc.

That will REALLY make the sounds sound clean.

Note: do not put on the plate behind the backseats. Trust me I wasted about 4 sq

Try to track down and figure out where all of the rattles are coming from. Once you have that figured out put the dynamat as far away from the trouble spots as possible.
