Whitemax: What do you recommend for a 740W setup???
I need a capacitor and I just need to know some names of good quality and functional capacitors. Also, where do you recommend I install it?

Well, I personally have a brand called TIFF. For the most part they are all the same. Made by a couple companies, then everyone buys them and puts their labels on iut. Lighting audio makes some nice ones as well. 1 Farad cap will do you fine, and it needs to be installed within 18 inches from the amp. right now mine is on the mounting board between my two amps, but I'm looking to install it where the car jack is currently......
If you dont care about brands or looks, check out www.partsexpress.com or forum.elitecaraudio.com in the 4sale section. People are always selling used caps, and can be had for cheap. Dont spend more than $100 for one, and they can be had for around $60.
