Static Noise coming from 1 CH. its the amp, but why? and how can i fix?

It's been a while since I've been in this section but I have a problem with my driver side sound. I get a constant static noise/hissing similar to when the pos and neg rub a little. I've checked everything and its the amp. I connected a different set of speakers to the driver's CH on the amp and it makes the same noise. I've shorten the speaker wire terminals and nothing is helping.

What causes this? suggestions to get it fixed? Thanks!

Maybe you need to shorten the ground wire! Most of the noise picked up is through your ground. Shorten it or find a better ground to the amp!

One of your channel could be going out? Thus all the static and hissing noise coming through your speaker. If that is the case then you would have to get your amp repaired or buy another amp?!?!

+1 on the ground wire, would look into getting a grounding kit. I have one had a similar problem to you and it cured that problem for me.
