I have an 06 Max SE witht the standard stereo. When I purchased new I was told the car was pre-wired for satellite (radio/GPS). I would like to now have sat radio. The dealer told me car was not pre-wired and I would need to spend at least a grand from them to install factory system. Local audio shop (high-end does good work) indicated car MAY have been prwired, but really need to go back to dealer. Big box store indicated I need dealer installed module to make an aftermarket unit work. HELP - any idea what is really true? Many thanks!
