Does a harness for the CD Changer exist?

Does a harness for the CD Changer exist?
I am trying to install PAC's SWI-PS interface, and it tells me to hook into the wires in the 16a harness. Does a harness exist for this, similar to the one for the radio that exposes the power and RCA connections so that I can connect my steering wheel control without splicing wires?
