help with sytem

Ok guys i have 2 Memphis Mojo 12's in a ported box (can't remember specs but its from the manual) and a MA Audio hk4000d in my 02 max. It plays pretty good but it just seems like the music isn't coming out of the car it slams like hell on the inside but it just seems like it should be louder a little louder on the outside. Any suggestions

It's not meant to be heard on the outside.

that's how it should be. it means the sound isn't escaping so it's louder in the car. loud on the outside attracts thieves and tickets.

I just took my system out of my honda and put it in my max. Outside of my honda you could FEEL it thumping. The same system in my maxima, you can barely HEAR it thumping on the outside. And thus sounds much better on the inside.

Now go put some sound deadener in your trunk and cabin, it will sound even better, and you can have it turned up right beside a cop

Ive seen so many people that claim their system is loud because their trunk rattles.

Loud is too loud when you crack your roof

Is is how it is meant to be. Besides, TRUST ME, NO ONE wants to hear your sh!tty music at a stop light. Doing this doesn't make you cool, it makes you a dbag.
