speaker question

I am buying this HU/Speaker package. Crutchfield is throwing in the harness, brackets and everything needed for the install since it's over $120. My question is, for the speakers, are these plug and play...will I need any extra hardware?

I have a 98 SE w/ Bose. Will these speakers be a upgrade, my assumption is yes.

The speakers will need speaker harnesses for plug n play but you can always look up the wire colors on line and if the speakers are like pioneer or along those lines they usually give you a 6in harness with spade clips and one end and bare wire to tap in the car side. pretty simple... just try to avoid cutting factory harnesses of because if for some reason you have to put factory speakers in or something its way harder to find the speaker harnesses to put it back to factory then it is to make after market plug n play.... imo
