can factory Bose control clarion changer?

can factory Bose control clarion changer?
If its true that the Bose stereo in the max's is made by Clarion, does that mean that it would be able to control an aftermarket Clarion changer with it's CD-Changer controls?

yes to the first question..

i don't know the answer to the second, but I highly doubt it.

NO...Aftermarket Clarion cd changers speak a different language than the OEM one. No adapter is made.
