Please help with window issues

So I have searched and searched and can't find a straight answer to my problem. I drive a 1996 I30 and my passenger windows in the front and back will not work. I cant get them to go down from the driver switch or the switch on either door. It has been like this for some time now and I've finally gotten to the point where I NEED to fix it. This occurred when I had my alarm installed and the installer said I need to replace the window switch at each door. Is this correct? It is not the regulators.

I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks, Rick

If it is the fuse I'll be shocked. I doubt it would have slipped my mind at the time but I'll check again. Thanks!

It is very unlikely for both of them to go out at the same time. If you had electrical done around the same time they stopped working, there is a high possibility something got shorted out and blew a fuse.
