If it's a standard size double-din, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't' fit. I went with Kenwood DNX9990HD and it went in without any issues. Your choice of HU seems to be the same size.

If you have a Bose system though, you are stuck with your stock speakers. Otherwise, you will need to bypass or remove the Bose amplifier and rewire your speakers. Perhaps that's why you were told it's not compatible,

You're not stuck with bose. You can replace it anyway you want, Speakrs, speakers + amp, amp, whatever. Plenty of options.

Fortunately for me, I did not have a Bose system, so replacing the speakers was very straightforward. I got free install on the H/U so I just had the stereo shop do it, so sorry I can't be much help in that department.

I didnt look at your head unit choice but check rear mounting depth. as long as it is standard you will be fine. some cars have issues with any extra length so they are labeled incompatible.

the bose speakers are 2 ohms so you can replace them with just about anything and use the stock amp and wiring, you will just get less power to them. If you want to add more juice you can install an aftermarket amp and run new speaker wire from the amp to the doors. you could also select 2 ohm replacements. not many choices but CDT and Infinity make good options at 2 ohms.
