No sound coming from left side Bose speakers.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

The original Bose headunit was replaced with an aftermarket deck. But just recently the left side bose speakers have cut out to little to no sound.
Adjusting the balance to only the left side has no affect on the sound. Any suggestions?
