side panel enclosure

Would it be possible to take the side panels out of the sides of the trunk and create a fiberglass enclosure there?

Yes.

I only recomend doing it on one side though. Doing it on both would prob cause cancelation.

I don't think the trunk is wide enough for cancellation to be a problem below 80-90 Hz. In fact, I have seen, heard, it done in much larger trunks with good success. Automobile audio SPL is dependant on pressure changes in the sealed cabin. So long as they are both connected with the phase the same, there will be significant pressure change as the cones resonate.

Without testing it i woun't sit here and say that it's fine to fire them at each other. I igknolige it may be fine. But I don't know for sure.

And with dong say 2 10's in one side you could free up the other side for the amps and keep the tire be kinda nice...ive seen it dun and works good.
