Increasing the Volume of the Turn Signal Relay

Is there an OEM or Aftermarket solution to increasing the volume of the turn signal on my 2007 Maxima. Just more difficult for this old fart to hear over the radio and don't want to be the guy driving down the road with the turn signal on... Any help appreciated. Thanks

I don't know anything about sound, but maybe replacing the bulbs in the instrument cluster responsible for the signals with bright LEDs would draw your eye and let you know that your signal is on. I have LEDs in my instrument cluster (I quite like them, hated the ugly light green color I had) and the signals got decently brighter, especially at night.
