some one plzzz help CHEEZER's..amp

ok i have been running a small sub box+ 300 watt amp, it ran perfect ..uptill a few days a go.. i shut off my car and put the radio on.(cleaning) then 10 min. later i turned the car back on with out shutting the system, the fuse on thte amp blew. when i replaced the fuse .. the protec/power light was flickering, wtf and there is no sound comming from my subs at all.

what could have happend plz help

sounds like you didnt use the proper wiring or you didnt ground properly

like i used bad wire??? and i think i have good ground metal trunk
i wired the high-ends in to the rear bose speekers, sounded great this blows....... can any one plzzz just state what you think.. because i dont have a clue about systems... coudl the amp blown??? the both subs are almost 700 watts togeather the amp is a Visonik 300watt w/fan..lol yea it sucks .. but i got it for 100 bucks and a wiring kit

Ok, a few things could of happened. You may have too small of power wire but i doubt it. So what i would do is to disconnect the powerwire from the battery ( positive). Check to make sure that something wasnt touching on the amp (ie. ground , power/remote, or if maybe one of the connections isnt on ( fell off). If the light is comming on that is normally from a bad ground but some other things cause it as well. I had one (light) come on for a friend that had one strand of wire touch the side post of the neg. from the remote lead. So just trace your steps and you should be fine. Most times you can just reset your power and everything will be fine. Good luck, Charles

Ok thats an idea

thanx for replying.... a few weeks befor this problem the power wire fell off and i guess it was bouning around and hit the ground .. but i bluw the batt. trminal fuse... ($2) does that sound like the price for a FAt 30 AMp fuse? or did i get ripped one....

FUUUUUUUUUUUK

yea that did not fix it... the light got brighter, and now it flickers from power to protect ther are little hits comming form the woofers

i have good ground, checked all conn. disconected the batt.

DAMN!!!! PLZZZZZZZZZZZ help me i dont know whats wrong thats sucks
