I have Maxima 2010 SV Bose
I was looking for answers in the forum, but I did not know a similar problem.
I have a strange problem. After restoring the factory settings in the diagnostic menu I have no sound. In the settings, the Audio option and loudness control is not active. The radio and CD work, but there is no sound and the ability to adjust the sound.

Do you have any ideas?

 

Could be the amp from what I was told with mine...howe how I replaced it and am still having the same issue no sound what so ever...do you have navigation? That is the only sound that works in mine..good luck!
