pioneer 8400

pioneer 8400

i've seen a bunch of posts about people waiting until april for the pioneer 8400.....

anyone have any details or reasons that makes this an awesome product?

dual display, plays mp3 music files, and has triple pre-outs...and the rest that comes with it...the main thing is what i listed above

What are dual displays??? and the triple preouts come on alot of other pioneers.

not a lot of pioneer come with triple pre-outs and are mp3 compatible...only the 8400MP and 9400MP both have triple-preouts and play mp3...dual display is the front has a display and when you flip it over...there is another display...i can get the feature sheet if u want

not even the pioneer website show pictures of it...the 8400 and 9400...i have pictures of it at work...i will send it to my e-mail addy and post it here

not alot come with both, because they just started making mp3 players a little while ago. you also forgot the 7400mp. do you know if there are any Premier equvalents to those three, and is the dual disp. like the sony decks? does it still have the organic EL?

the 7400MP does play mp3 files but DOES NOT have triple pre-outs...only dual pre-outs

it depends...if u want to run subs on a seperate pre-out hell yea u shoulda waited...but if not running subs...doesn't matter...i'm waiting till freakin april

It does only have 2, but if you step up to the premier 740mp for $25 more, you get another preout, and a bunch of other stuff. The premier line is alot better value.

Well I paid less than retail price for the 7400. Got it off ebay for about $270. Should come anyday now.

If you mean the CD player, then no. I have a perfectly good Premier one right now. I'd rather spend my money on other stuff at the moment.

Now that I have rims, I need to lower the car. At the same time pick up diamond clears (when they're available), and then move to SPEED. As far as "multimedia", I have my CD player, components up front, and 2 15's in trunk. Thats all I need.
