Hello,
my drivers window will not go up or down.
Previous to the window not working at all,
it would go up very slowly and it made noise
like it was almost rubbing on Something.
anything helpful you can throw my way would
be appreciated

Something similar happened to a family members 02. One window stopped working and while I had it all apart it started working again. Never did figure it out.

Being noisy, it may need a regular and or motor. You should test the electrical parts first. Same for your sunroof issue. Inspect the connections for corrosion or damage. Use a multi meter to see if the motor is getting power when the switch is operated. If no power check the switch.

 

There is zero power going to the sunroof buttons😢
