I recently purchased a 20th AE but the only 5spd the dealer had did not have a disc changer. Where is the factory changer at in the car - armrest, dash, glovebox, trunk? I have the Bose system with changer controls and would like to add one, but I was hoping to figure out where it went before I mad the investment. BTW, thanks for the links on where to buy changers cheap.

 

The changer gets mounted in the trunk. If you bought the factory mounting kit, it includes a bracket that stands the changer up straight in the rear left portion of the trunk and helps to protect it from shifting cargo. The bracket also shows you where to drill into the structure of the car for best results.
