so i've got two Liteglow Neons (10inches) and i'm gonna put them under my dash. i've heard people telling me to hardwire it to the cigarette lighter, and i've also heard people telling me to hardwire it to the tailight fuse (so it'll turn on when i turn on the lights). which one would be easier to do? and how would i come about doing it? i'm not very skilled when it comes to electronics... thanx for the help.
