For people who know Alpine IVA-C800

Anybody know if there is an EQ that I can buy which will give me a larger variety of graphics and option on screen. Also for people who one one, please list what you have connected to the brain.

Alpine ERAG320 or CDA5755-G

I'm not sure if Alpine still makes the ERAG-320, but both units are a DIN sized EQ. For tha CDA5755-G it's a silver DIN-sized EQ/DSP with a built in CD player check Ebay . . . I've seen a TON of these going for real cheap. The ERAG-320 is all black and retails for $499.99 (I'd check Ebay for that too)

What will this do for me if I get it. I'm looking for more graphics on screen.

I'm sure the most you'll get for graphics is the EQ band moving. Alpine products aren't really graphics intensive(ex. Pioneer), but they still make some of the best components out there.

I'm personally thinking about the new CDA-7998 . . . mmmmmm. Download screensavers to a disk from the Alpine website, and upload to the HU. Retail price: . . .$800.

. . . but not for me

WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ALPINE ERA-G320 EQ TO THE ALPINE IVA-C800 BRAIN
YOU WILL NOT USE THE ERA-G320 FACE, YOUR EQ SETTINGS WILL COME UP ON SCREEN ON THE IVA-C800,( ONCE YOU SET THE IVA TO DO IT ) AND YES WITH ALPINE THERE'S NO FANCY DISPLAYS LIKE PIONEER HAS, BUT THE IVA DOSE HAVE 3 NICE LOOKING DISPLAYS TO LOOK AT WHEN THE IVA IS ON, IT HAS A BUILT IN "DIGITAL ART" SPECTRUM ANALYZER DISPLAY. HOPE THIS HELPS............PEACE
