Where are the speakers located on a '00 or newer Maxima and what are there sizes?

if i had to guess, 6.5 all around? possibly 5 1/4" up front, never worked on one yet for interiors, just subs

The sizes are 6 in front and 6x9 in back but you can fit 6.5's in front.

6.5 all around. (2 front and 2 rear doors) + tweeters in the A-Pillar. If you replace them make sure you get brackets. You can order them from Nissan directly (OEM fit) or from any stereo shop (not an exact fit but still good). Additionally you can fabricate one from your existing speakers (bracket built-in).

 

Yea i have Polk DB2's in the front along with MOMO tweeters, and POLK MOMO 6x9's in the rear. I'm hittin a 12" Comp Blue Thunder from MTX and 2 awg monster cable, all powered by an ALPINE MRV-F353 which is 200 rms and 150 to the sub.
