I had a bandpass Jensen box, and they blew within a week.
I dunno if that's indicative of all their speakers, but I sure wasn't happy with them then

you get what you pay for with subs...simple as that...

 

power rating overrated(by a good bit i think) i had a 300watt one and it didnt really impress me. Was good for what i paid for it tho (80 bucks).
edit-thought u said amps never had subs by jensen but the amp seemed low-midrange in quality.

 

You'd be better off getting JBL subs. They are inexpensive, but very good for the money.
