how's this setup?

my HU is a Panasonic 401
and i have Alpine SPS-1629's in the back, which i plan on replacing.

front: Cerwin-Vega HED-162
rear: Cerwin-Vega Vega 2650
amp: Alpine MRP-F320
sub: Getting one from a friend but i don't know what it is yet

It's ok, not the highest-end brands, but let me tell you - it's all can sound good if you have the right tunning, install and EUALIZATION which is also very important!

If you like it, that's the best soundsystem for ya!

i think it sounds really good. i'm just asking what other people think about it. hell, i'm getting all that stuff anyway, no matter what other people say. (and anything sounds better than the stock paper speakers.

Do you like MB Quarts? I have hig end coaxials for sale

By the way, Paper cone is not always bad. I have Rainbow midbasses, they are one of the best in the world, made from special papaer!

What year max do you plan on installing this system??

Oh I'm also wondering how the C-V sound, after the install do let us know. Thanx.

I haven't heard CV in a couple years, but they were pretty horrible before as compared to polks, infinitys, etc. If you are on a budget, I can understand the choice, but if not... I don't understand the choice!
