Need info on 94' stereo Plz Help!!!

Hi all,
So fr*gging glad to see there's a forum that can help me with my new used Maxima. I'm so happy I got "her". Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows if in the 4 door 94's if they put anything besides the Bose stereo systems in? I have a cassette deck and niether it nor the speakers say bose. So do I have a stock kit? I am looking to install a new MP3 Sony in her and I heard with Bose I have to change some major stuff. But like I said it doesn't say Bose anywhere so if it's not can I still use the speakers and just pull the head unit out?
Any help or links to help would be awesome. You all have a great day.
Tommie

also anyone looking for a stock system from this year. I will give you this one once they yank it. Just email me and all you have to do is pay shipping.

If your speaker grilles say "active speaker" on them, then you have the non-bose system, and any aftermarket stereo will drop right in.

the only thing you'll have to do is bypass the small amplifier for the rear speakers when you install the new head unit. it's located on the bottom of the rear deck, and instructions can be found on my website:

I bought my new ride yesterday, so now I can figure out where I am going to install both of my 240s. They will be linked, so I can be cool like Shugarhi.
