Is there any dfferance between these cd decks besides branding?

 

2 year vs. 1 year warranty if you buy from authorized dealer. Slightly more features on comparable models if at all. Supposed to have better internals and I'm not sure about that either. I use a Premier DEX-P1R in my car but there is no other deck like it.
