LCD Video Display (2-DIN)

I'm looking for a 7" Widescreen LCD Video display to fit in (behind the bezel) the 2-DIN factory stereo slot of my '96 Maxima. Has anyone done this, or know where I can pick one up for a reasonable price?

You do need a modulator if you dont have a P series head unit.. I dont have them installed yet but I spoke with someone from crutchfield and he told me u can run the sound through the head unit. The AVM-P8000R that you're talking about is a hide away module. It cots about 400 bucks.. I got a DEH-P7400MP instead for less than $300 and I can play MP3's with it, and it looks hotter anyway.. here is some info on the radio http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S...EHP740&o=m&a=0

If you don't get the Master Unit you will lose AM/FM.

Get a Farenheit 7" LCD. I got the dimensions and measured it, and it should fit pretty well. You can get one for probably 325-350. It's not as good as the Clarion and Pioneer, but it's also less expensive and is still good.

QuEeNz MaX KiD,

What kind of Wooddash is that? What is that called? I really like it..

Screen looks great too.. I'm thinking of replacing my P9200 with the 7400.

About the Farenheit screen, It sells as just a screen, doesn't flip out or anything, you just mount it on a stand, you'll need the DVD player as well, but still a good bargain.. i just want to see it in action to see how good the resolution is.
