If you look under the car, and look where the mold for the spare tire is, there is a hole in it about the size of a coke can. What is that. I noticed some of my rattling is coming from that region, so i was going to pull the tire out and apply some dynamat stuff around the rim, cuz i think the metal part of the tire is hittin the metal mold frame. But what is that hole. Air comes out of it when my bass is on.

I remember seeing a drain plug but nothing the size of a coke can. If it is realling venting that much, go ahead and seal it with damping material. If you need a hole in the future you can cut through the damping material pretty easy.

ok, coke can may have be a little to big, but it looks to be about 2 1/2 - 3 inches across. I guess there is suppose to be a plug there. I am losing valuable air from my trunk i think

You can 'fix' it the time consuming way with resin and glass. Or just cover, I mean fill it with which ever dampening material you are using.
