Is there such a digicam? I want a good quality digicam, but would also like if it has a image stabilizer. So I don't have to worry about trying to remain totally still when taking a pic. Thanks.

 

Try searching the forums at www.dpreview.com or using groups.google.com to search the digital camera newsgroups.
They do exist, typically on very high zoom cameras, which in turn are usually expensive. There are a few sub 3MP cameras with large zoom and image stabilization.
