Alpine CDA-7894 (new alipne mp3 player ) questions

ok, im thinking of picking up one of these head units. I know that alpine is a good so i figure thats why ill get it, also the illumination isnt a cricus and does go somewhat well with the rest of the car.

Anyway, what i really want to know for anyone who has this unit, can u tell me how u like it, how bad or easy is it to use. I know that once i do get it ill have to change out my speakers, but not too woried about that now. Anyway ay info would be great, thanks

Re: Alpine CDA-7894 (new alipne mp3 player ) questions

I've had an Alpine 7894 installed for 3 weeks and I have nothing but praise for it. It plays every disk I throw at it, it picks up real quick and there is no delay like other mp3 decks out there. It's very easy to use, especially since I bought the pac swi-x and kept my steering wheel controls. I would recommend this deck to any looking for a reasonable mp3 deck, you can't go wrong.

It looks fine to me, im in a 4th gen, so it it blends pretty well. Visuals dont matter much to me, its the features and SQ that do, and this thing has it, you wont be disappointed, I can tell you that! Question is, you got a system to go along with it or planning it? Cause I doubt the bose speakes would even do it justice if you plan on using them......

Good luck getting some really nice speakers and amps for that price, but if you search around for good deals you will find them. go to www.sounddomain.com for tons of info on speakers, go to the forums, youll see a lot there!
