I am looking @ replacing my 2K2 BOSE setup with somethin' new, but not crazy or anything. What do you all think of this HU?

Obviously I wouldn't buy from Crutchfield, they are just a tad bit pricey, but here's the spec link . . .

I found it for $279.95. I especially would like people to check out the MOSFET power it draws, needing a constant wire to the battery. Positives on this HU? Negatives? I am going to run components in the front, coax in the rear, and eventually add a small sub in the back, so I think this HU has a lot of what I need, and I wouldn't need to deal with a separate amplifier. ANY ideas, reccomendations, ect. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
