Any opinions on these amps...I have installed both in customers cars, but Id like to get feedback from here. Comparing the JL 500/1 and 300/2 against the Memphis 1000d and 3004. Let me know what YOU guys think....

i dont think you can go too far wrong with either...it just kinda depends on your needs.

i like both amps, but the jls fit my needs better, so im getting 2 300/4's and 1 1000/1. *should* be enough power for my sq setup

Well I like to keep it simple. I havent gotten any 100/1s in yet. As far as the two choices I sell alot of both, but customers want to see and here it. So, why not put them into my car. The general croud that I get wants something, but not too many people are gonna jump right up to the 1000/1. Especially when I tell them the price..... . The same situation with the Memphis, i may do the 1000d instead of the 1500d. I mean I carry alot of other brands but these two are what I will probably use. I dont really want to do Kicker this time, and Im passing on Eclipse ( I have enough of that in my car already). I could do Diamond, but the prices are high so most likely wont sell alot to the "average" customer.

 

the 1000/1's are still not out? last month, i had heard that they were due out this month. damn.

They were supposed to come in May originally. Then they wqere pushed up to June, so its anytime now. I am actually waiting for a few to come in.
