Since I screwed up my order of the GXE single din vent assembly to put a new HU in my 2k2 SE, can I put in new stereo without vent assembly? What I mean is put in new head unit with my original vents, which would leave a gap around radio. If the NEW vent assembly with trim bezel can be installed without removing the radio again, I may do this since I have been waiting several weeks already.
