i just got my 2k2 maxima, and im gona put 2 jl w0 10's in there. my old cars trunk didnt rattle with pionner 10's, but do u think the maxima trunk will rattle with the jls?

 

my 94 maxima has 2 12" JL W3 in the trunk, it rattled the **** out of it before my dad hooked me up wit some high density matting ffrom his work for the bottom, and then dynamat extreme for the top...now all that rattles are my back lights

 

ok, il stick with 2 jl w0 10's and pray it doesnt rattle. its gonan be hookedu p to a jbl 600.1 how do the jls sound in ur cabin?

 

hurts my ear drums on real low deep bass songs...but besides that, i get the mother in the miny vans to roll up the windows at red lights..inside the car, the people in the back seat get free massages

Do the trunk latches rattle in the 5th gens? I just found out today that was one of my two noticable rattles, pre-sub even (a little e-tape should fix that). Heh...I've never rolled around in my own max's trunk before...that was fun

I got 2 Jl's W3 in my 2000 Max and iv been trying everything to get rid of the damn ratteling but nothing seems to be working. The best option well how mine is currently set up is i have them facing inside the car and i put down the back seats, this way i lose base but not as much ratteling.

 

wuldnt putting down the seats add bass?
