97 se non bose question

97 se non bose question
i have a the se without the bose system. but i have the tape and cd combo. iwant to keept headunit and add subs. can i just use the speaker level inputs on my amp and would it work ok?

no you need "pre's"

you can run your speakers with out but you will not get the full potential of youe speakers therefore you need them
